Using hypnotherapy and practical techniques, we work with the nervous system and subconscious response underneath the issue, so the mind and body can begin responding differently.

Respond
The aim is a more regulated, confident and usable response in real life — with more clarity, steadiness, self-trust, and choice in the moments where the old pattern used to take over.

For gut-related symptoms, chronic pain, anxiety, or ongoing health concerns, please continue working with your GP, specialist, psychologist, dietitian, or allied health provider as appropriate.
